An outdoor spa in the Kent countryside, finished to a high standard.
Somewhere to slow right down. Warm through in the sauna, take the cold plunge, then sit back in the hot tub as the light moves across the fields. Recovery, yes, but stillness and fresh air too. And unlike a spa day, there is no booking and no time slot. It is simply yours, whenever you want it.

Train in the fresh air with the Kent countryside in front of you. Few gyms anywhere can do this. It is why we are called Breeze.

Strength floor
Space to train properly, without the big-box crush.
Forty-five stations and a turf track, chosen by the coaches who train here rather than a fit-out catalogue. Racks, platforms, plates and machines with room to move between them, laid out for training rather than crammed for capacity.
The outdoor spa
A whole spa day, folded into every ordinary evening.
Sauna, two cold plunges, the barrel shower and the hot tub, steps from the gym floor and open whenever you are. Train, warm through, brave the cold, then sit back in the warm water with the fields in front of you. All included, nothing to book.
Indoor to outdoor
On a good day, the gym has no walls.
The bifolds fold right back and the strength floor opens onto the deck: fresh air on the bar, birdsong between sets, countryside behind the racks. Almost no gym in the country can do this, and it is why we are called Breeze.
Room to breathe
Kept deliberately small, with the space and kit of somewhere far bigger.
